Join this group coaching session with the Success Coaches to learn about ways to maintain wellbeing and develop res focuses on supporting students’ mental health and overall wellbeing while studying. Students will learn practical strategies to manage stress, build resilience, maintain balance, and navigate challenges that may arise during their academic journey, helping them stay well and succeed both personally and academically.
